• The recent change in company ownership was fully legal, transparent, and properly documented. All contracts and responsibilities remain in force and are being respected.

Unfortunately, one of our former partners, without any legal proof or factual basis, has been spreading unverified accusations, which have already caused significant disruption and harm to our business and client relations.

We view these actions as defamation, unlawful interference in commercial activity, and a breach of business ethics.

We have engaged legal counsel and are in the process of preparing official complaints and legal action to defend our name, our operations, and our reputation.
